How can I track my shipment?
Shipment can be tracked thru online and email.
What documents are required for international shipping?
Import License. For regulated cargo, special permits needed depend on the commodity. Commercial Invoice and Packing List Telex or Original BL Certificate of Origin (If needed) Proof of Payment (If needed) MSDS (For DG Cargo).
Can you assist with customs clearance?
Yes we can assist in custom clearance. We have our in-house broker and declarants specializing in consumption and transshipment cargo.
How do you ensure the safety and security of my shipments?
We ensure to have keen monitoring of shipments to our clients. We also provide loading and unloading photos.
How do I request a quote for my shipment?
Clients can request quotation through email, website and telephone call.
What do I do if my shipment is delayed or encounters issues?
For delays, we as a forwarder, ensure that we check with the carrier the reason for delay or other concern/issue whilst in transit. Any measures or action needed will be properly relayed.
Do you provide insurance for shipments?
We have our reliable partner insurance company where we can request needed insurance.
How far in advance should I book freight services for my shipment?
Services can be booked as early as documents are all prepared. From then, we can coordinate cargo availability so we can book the earliest sailing/flight schedule.
Can I request a pickup for my shipment, or do I need to deliver it to your facility?
It depends on the shipping incoterm but we can arrange pick-up/delivery to the facility.
Are there restrictions on shipping certain types of goods?
